The Fine Print
Most underwear — even the stuff labeled “cotton” — is loaded with polyester, spandex, and chemical finishes, sitting against the most sensitive part of your body all day. We stripped that out. Two inputs. All named.

Why you need plastic off your skin
Polyester doesn’t absorb moisture — it holds it against the skin, all day
Synthetic fibres trap heat, so the warmest part of you stays warm and damp
Odour isn’t the fabric, it’s bacteria feeding on what the fabric won’t release
Anti-odour and wicking finishes are chemical coatings, sitting directly on skin
Elastane breaks down with heat and washing, shedding microfibres every cycle
Softeners and dye fixatives coat the fibre — the opposite of breathable
Word on the street
Skin finally shut up
Sensitive skin my whole life. First pair I’ve worn all day without thinking about them once. No itch, no nothing.
Checked the label twice
Genuinely no synthetic anything. Soft in a way the “performance” pairs never managed. Already reordered.
Tossed the whole drawer
Bought the set, threw out everything else. The waistband actually holds — that was my one worry.
Questions
What exactly is the waistband made of?+
The band is elastic — it is the one component that is not cotton, which is why every claim we make says “exclusive of waistband”. We will name the material here the moment it is finalised.
Why does 100% cotton matter for underwear?+
Most briefs are largely polyester or elastane, which is plastic spun into thread. It sits against the thinnest skin on your body for most of your waking day. Cotton breathes; plastic does not.
Will they stretch out?+
Organic cotton relaxes slightly with wear and recovers in the wash. That is why we say take the smaller size if you are between two.
How should I wash them?+
Cold wash, tumble dry low, and skip the fabric softener — it leaves a coating on the fibre, which rather defeats the purpose.
What does GOTS certified mean?+
Global Organic Textile Standard. It covers the whole chain — organic fibre, no synthetic pesticides, restricted chemical inputs, and social criteria at the mill.
Can I return them if I have worn them?+
Yes. Within 30 days, worn or unworn. We would rather you found the right pair than kept the wrong one.
